Our Approach
Six design principles we apply to every product launch, regardless of category or scale.
PRINCIPLE 01
The reveal is designed backwards from the desired emotional response. We start with: what should the audience feel in the 5 seconds after they see it? From that, we engineer the mechanics — light, sound, motion, silence — to produce that exact feeling.
PRINCIPLE 02
A launch is not a single moment — it is a sequence of experiences from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. We map and design the full journey: arrival environment, pre-reveal anticipation, the reveal itself, post-reveal exploration zones, and the media opportunity moment.
PRINCIPLE 03
The production environment must photograph and film well — not just look good in person. We design launch environments with photography and video coverage in mind: sightlines, backgrounds, lighting for cameras, spokesperson positions, and the angles that will appear in tomorrow's coverage.
PRINCIPLE 04
A product launch has a story: the world before this product, the problem it solves, the moment it arrives. We script this narrative arc into the show — through the run-of-show, the speaker script, the video content, and the physical environment — so the room absorbs the story, not just the product.
PRINCIPLE 05
Post-reveal, guests need hands-on time with the product in environments designed for that purpose. We design experience zones — lighting optimised for the product, demo stations with product specialists, and photography backdrops — that extend the launch beyond the reveal into genuine engagement.
PRINCIPLE 06
Creative direction and technical production are one team at Panigrahana. The designer who conceives the reveal moment is in the same briefing as the technical director who delivers it. This eliminates the translation loss that kills launches when agencies hand off to AV vendors.
