Production not hospitality
We don't book venues. We build worlds inside them. The difference is observable in the pre-production phase: 14-week build schedules, site surveys, tech riders, and AV schematics before a single vendor contract is signed.
03 —
Built like operators
Pre-production, tech riders, crew sheets, AV schematics. We deliver to spec. Our show-callers come from broadcast. Our site managers carry 10-year production histories. We do not improvise on show day.

Phase 01
Discovery
Brief intake, site survey, stakeholder mapping. We audit the space, the audience, and the outcome before anything is designed.
Phase 02
Design
Concept development, AV layout, lighting design and production schedule. Full technical drawings before vendor selection.
Phase 03
Build
Vendor coordination, fabrication oversight, tech rehearsals. All elements locked before load-in day begins.
Phase 04
Show
Live day management, artist liaison, crowd flow, crisis protocols. Our show-callers run the room minute by minute.
Phase 05
After
Post-event report, footage archival, audience data, vendor settlement and client debrief within 72 hours.
