Panigrahana Trade is the rental and wholesale division of Panigrahana, a 40-person event production and wedding studio operating across India and South-East Asia. Every item in our catalog has been used in an actual production. Nothing is bought for rental catalogue — it's bought for our own events, then made available between bookings.
Production inventory sits in warehouses between events. Most of our furniture and decor is used 15–20 times a year; the rest of the time it's stored. Making it available to other planners and decorators is better for everyone — the equipment works harder, your clients get access to quality pieces, and you don't have to own what you only need occasionally.
We're not a dedicated rental company. We're a production studio with a large inventory and a practical attitude about what happens to equipment between our own bookings. That distinction matters: our items are maintained to production standards, not rental standards.
Every Chiavari chair gets checked after each return. Fabric is cleaned before re-hire. Lighting equipment is PAT-tested annually. Props with visible wear are retired from rental. We don't rent damaged goods and we don't charge for wear that was present before your event — we document condition at dispatch and at collection.
We publish daily wholesale flower rates from 6 Indian flower markets because our ops team buys at these markets regularly. The rates are what we actually pay. We made them public because no one else does this — florists, planners, and decorators spend real time every morning trying to figure out what flowers cost today. We solve that problem as a side effect of running our own buying operations.
The public rates (roses, marigolds, jasmine) are free and indexed by Google. The full market (37+ more flowers) requires a free trade account — which also gives you access to our rental inquiry system and bulk pricing for recurring clients.
We deliver within Bangalore on same-day notice (subject to availability). For Goa, Kerala, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, we require 48-hour advance booking. For international events — Bali, Sri Lanka, Thailand — we can arrange shipping for select items (furniture and non-perishable decor); enquire for a quote.
