Panigrahana Weddings is an architect-founded wedding planning and decor studio. Our planners coordinate venues, vendors, guest arrangements and the event schedule. Our designers develop layouts, materials, florals and lighting with the production team. You can commission planning, design and decor, or an agreed combination.

Yes. Agree a communication rhythm, decision-makers and the work needed on the ground. The couple portal brings planning records together; design reviews and written approvals help the team act on the same decisions. Plan any India visit around appointments that need your presence.

Compare venue, accommodation, catering, decor and planning separately, then confirm taxes, exclusions and payment milestones.

Panigrahana takes zero vendor commissions; clients pay vendors directly. Our planning fee and in-house design and decor charges are agreed for their respective scopes. Zero vendor commission does not mean the studio supplies its own services without a margin.

Begin with your references and the actual venue. Review the layout, dimensions, materials, lighting and production scope together before approval. Agree which drawings, samples or models are included in your proposal, and record changes against the approved version.
