Panigrahana Weddings is an architect-founded wedding planning and decor studio. Our planners coordinate venues, vendors, guest arrangements and the event schedule. Our designers develop layouts, materials, florals and lighting with the production team. You can commission planning, design and decor, or an agreed combination.

Our focus is Bangalore and the drive-to Karnataka belt (Nandi Hills, Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur, Kabini), Goa and Kerala. Outside India we plan Indian weddings in Thailand, Bali and Europe. Yes. Agree a communication rhythm, decision-makers and the work needed on the ground. The couple portal brings planning records together; design reviews and written approvals help the team act on the same decisions. Plan any India visit around appointments that need your presence.

Yes. The drive-to belt around Bangalore is home ground for us: Nandi Hills, Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur, Kabini, Sakleshpur and Hampi. Food is usually the largest line. Decor, planning and guest travel are quoted separately, so ask each for a written figure.

November to February is the most reliable window: dry weather, clear skies and daytime temperatures of roughly 24–30°C. October and March also work, with more heat. June to September is the south-west monsoon, so avoid it for an outdoor beach ceremony, or book a venue with an indoor space you would be happy to use.

Panigrahana does not charge a percentage. The planning fee is quoted for the agreed scope, so it does not rise when the catering bill does.

For a wedding with several functions and guests travelling in, usually yes, and the reason is budget control as much as time saved. A planner on a flat fee with no vendor commission gains nothing when your spend goes up, and you pay each vendor directly at their own rate. For one function at one venue, a day-of coordinator may be enough.

Yes. A dedicated hospitality and logistics team handles room blocks and allocation, airport and venue transfers, flight manifests and an on-ground help desk, so guests bring their questions to us and not to the family. This work is scoped and quoted alongside the planning.

A full-service planner runs the whole wedding: venue shortlisting and contracts, the budget, vendor selection, guest travel and rooms, the function schedule and the team on the day. At Panigrahana the same studio also designs and builds the decor, so the planner and the designer work from one plan.
