108 rooms on-site. Family and VIPs stay on-site; larger lists use negotiated blocks at nearby hotels with shuttles. Panigrahana negotiates the room block with the venue contract.

The strongest window is April to October (dry season). Bali's dry season brings reliable sunsets for cliff and beach ceremonies. November–March is wet season — afternoon downpours are common, so covered venues matter.

Most premium Bali venues keep an empanelled vendor list, but outside decorators are generally permitted subject to approval. Panigrahana handles the entire approval, access and coordination process — you get our in-house design studio, not a forced default.

Garden estates give complete creative freedom — grand floral mandaps, tree-canopy ceremonies, or modern sculptural builds.
