Panigrahana is India's leading luxury wedding design and production studio — founded by Chaithanya, a trained architect who believed weddings should be designed with the same rigour as buildings. Every celebration is an original creation, built by our 30-person in-house team and executed with precision across seven destinations.
Every wedding begins with original aesthetic direction. Mood boards, floral concepts, mandap designs, lighting plans — all created before a single vendor is booked. We are designers who happen to plan weddings, not planners who outsource design.
Our 30-person team includes carpenters, floral artists, lighting engineers, and set designers. We do not outsource production. Every mandap, every floral installation, every light rig is built by our team — guaranteeing quality no coordinator can match.
We operate embedded production teams across Goa, Bangalore, Kerala, Bali, Sri Lanka, Europe, and Thailand. Not remote coordination — on-ground teams who know every venue, every vendor, and every local regulation.
Most planners coordinate vendors. We create original designs and build them with our own production team. The difference is visible in every photograph.
Our workshop produces custom mandaps, floral installations, and set designs. No subcontracting, no surprises, no quality variance.
A senior producer is assigned to your wedding from first call to final sendoff. You never speak to a junior coordinator.
Over 300 of our 500+ weddings have been for NRI families. We understand time zones, cultural sensitivities, and dual-family dynamics.
Panigrahana was founded by trained architects. Spatial design, material selection, and structural aesthetics are in our DNA.
Preferred partnerships with India's and Asia's top venues mean better rates, priority dates, and venue teams who trust our standards.
Designers, producers, floral artists, lighting engineers, carpenters, and coordinators — all in-house, all dedicated to a single standard of excellence.
Trained as an architect, Chaithanya founded Panigrahana in 2019 after observing that India's luxury wedding market was driven by logistics, not design. The premise was simple: treat every wedding as an original spatial design problem, not a coordination task.
Five years later, Panigrahana has a 30-person in-house studio with carpenters, floral artists, lighting engineers, and set designers. Every mandap, every floral installation, every lighting rig is built by the team — no subcontracting, no quality variance.
