You pay in three milestones to Wedvitez Planners (our invoicing entity): 30% to confirm the date, 50% two months before, and the final 20% on the wedding week when you arrive. Quotes are given in INR with a live USD / GBP / AED equivalent, and we contract in INR so you carry no exchange-rate risk on the agreed amount — and you make milestone payments to us while we disburse to every vendor, so there is no juggling a dozen separate wire transfers.
