Da Nang or Phu Quoc?
Start with where your guests will travel from, how many nights they can stay and whether you want everyone in one resort. Compare the complete trip before choosing a venue from photographs. An island celebration and a mainland resort celebration can create very different arrival plans.

Design the Indian wedding programme first.
A hotel ceremony package does not automatically cover a mehendi, sangeet, wedding ceremony and reception. Write down every function, the guest count for each and how much time is needed between events. That programme becomes the basis for comparing hotel proposals.
Food and hospitality
Specify the meals your families need, including vegetarian or Jain requirements where relevant. Ask who will cook, what kitchen access is available, how tastings work and which meals are included in the room package.
Ceremony and production
Confirm the mandap footprint, any ceremonial-fire requirements, music timings, setup access and rain backup with the venue in writing. Build the decor and lighting plan around the permissions the venue actually gives.
Guests and arrivals
Build a guest list with origin cities, arrival dates, room sharing and accessibility needs. Ask for arrival transfers and the rooming plan alongside the wedding quote, so hospitality is budgeted from the start.
How much does an Indian wedding in Vietnam cost?
We do not publish a flat Vietnam package price without a venue proposal and a defined programme. Your estimate needs room nights, meals, event-space charges, decor, production, planning, guest transfers and any travelling crew or specialists.
Ask for the quoted currency, taxes, service charges and payment schedule to be explicit. Also ask what happens to the quote if the guest count or room block changes. This makes proposals comparable before you commit.
