The story behind the design
Two weddings,
drawn and built.
Minole & Mir
They met at Hampi, so the reception stage was built as a stepped pushkarani. They did not want a mandap, so the lotus canopy was rigged to the ceiling with no pillars touching the floor. Every surface is patchwork stitched from tailoring offcuts, old sarees and mill waste, and all 7,400 flowers were hand-stitched in our studio and filled with fabric waste. The decor is in storage, ready to be built again.

An American bride and an Indian groom who chose two complete ceremonies over one blended compromise. A traditional South Indian mandap built on the sand facing the sea, a separate American ceremony on the lawn with nothing borrowed between them, and a haldi built in Goa’s blue-and-white azulejo rather than the usual marigold yellow.

How a celebration
takes shape.
The Tamarind Tree floral portico
White and orange garlands follow the tiled portico, with hanging flower buds below each swag. This model study focuses on the entrance frame and floral pattern before showing our completed ceremony decor.

Miraya Greens haldi mandap
Marigold strings hang beneath a yellow canopy in this haldi setup. The film separates the frame, hanging details and flowers so you can see how the space comes together.

Cane lamps, fabric swags and dried palms give this reception its character. Follow the model as the frame rises and the smaller details are added, before the photograph of our finished decor appears.

Three floral arches stand beside the lake, with hanging mirrored globes between the flowers. This study follows the curved frames, flowers and suspended details, then shows the completed installation.

Repeated arches create a tunnel over the red carpet. The film builds the frame and light strings in 3D before showing the entrance we produced at Caravela Beach Resort.

Chamara Vajra suspended lotus mandap
A suspended floral lotus and hanging white garlands sit above the ceremony platform. The model isolates the overhead installation so its layers and depth are easy to see.

Panchavati Pavilion floral column
Red roses wrap the upper column above a white patterned sleeve. This detail study assembles the column, its geometric sleeve and the flowers, then shows the actual finished detail.

Three softly lit arches frame this reception backdrop. The study builds the curved panels and adds the fabric and dried-palm floral clusters seen in our completed setup.

Sheraton Grand floral entrance
Pink and white garlands hang beneath a flower-covered entrance frame. This installation was part of our half-saree ceremony production at Sheraton Grand Bangalore.

Reflective wall panels, blue light strips and gold frames turn this entrance into a passage with depth. The reconstruction assembles those layers before revealing the actual installation.

The Tamarind Tree floral swing
Orange garland swags frame a timber swing, with suspended chains and a seat beneath the flowers. The camera moves from the plan to the frame and hanging details, before revealing our completed swing at The Tamarind Tree.

The Tamarind Tree pink pavilion
Pink fabric gathers around an octagonal pavilion, with floral clusters at the frame. Follow the structure as it rises, move closer to the draping, and compare the model with our finished decor at The Tamarind Tree.
Explore the design ↗An animated plan, sketch, three-dimensional model and render lead to our actual completed decor photograph. The design studies were reconstructed after the event to explain the finished work; they are not original approval drawings.
Our designers work with our own artisans, welders and carpenters. Layouts, material choices and line-item estimates guide the installation, supported by our warehouse and in-house decor inventory.
