1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at panigrahana.com and any services provided by Panigrahana Wedding Experiences ("Panigrahana", "we", "us", or "our"), a wedding planning and décor studio based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

Panigrahana Wedding Experiences provides luxury wedding planning, design, and décor production services across India and select international destinations, including but not limited to:

• Full-service wedding planning and coordination
• Wedding décor design, production, and installation
• Venue consultation and booking assistance
• Vendor sourcing and management (catering, photography, entertainment, etc.)
• Destination wedding management for NRI and international couples
• On-ground coordination across multiple wedding functions

The scope of services for any specific engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal issued to the client, which will take precedence over these general Terms in matters of specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Booking & Payments

Enquiries: Submitting an enquiry form on our website does not constitute a booking or create any contractual obligation on either party.

Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a signed Service Agreement and receipt of the required retainer fee as specified therein.

Payment Schedule: Payments are structured as outlined in the Service Agreement. Typically this includes a retainer at signing, milestone payments during the planning process, and a final balance before the event date. Specific terms will be detailed in your proposal.

Late Payments: Panigrahana reserves the right to pause work or release reserved dates if payments are not received by agreed deadlines. We will provide reasonable notice before taking such action.

Currency: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated in writing. International clients may arrange payment in agreed foreign currencies; any applicable bank charges or conversion costs are borne by the client.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client-initiated cancellation:

• More than 180 days before the event: Retainer is forfeited; any additional amounts paid (beyond the retainer) will be refunded less documented expenses already incurred.
• 90–180 days before the event: 50% of the total agreed fee is payable; any amounts paid in excess will be refunded less expenses incurred.
• Less than 90 days before the event: 100% of the total agreed fee becomes due and payable, as vendor commitments will have been made on your behalf.

Date changes: If you change your event date with more than 90 days' notice and we have availability, we will transfer your booking at no additional fee. Date changes within 90 days are treated as cancellations at the discretion of Panigrahana.

Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party (natural disaster, government order, pandemic declaration, etc.), Panigrahana will work in good faith to reschedule or provide a credit note, subject to vendor and venue terms which are outside our control.

Panigrahana-initiated cancellation: In the unlikely event that Panigrahana must cancel, we will provide the maximum possible notice and refund all fees paid, excluding third-party costs already disbursed. Our liability is limited to fees paid directly to Panigrahana.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure your celebration is executed as envisioned, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information requested during the planning process
• Obtain all necessary permissions from family members or co-hosts required for decision-making
• Review and approve design proposals, vendor shortlists, and timelines within agreed deadlines; delays caused by late approvals may affect deliverables
• Settle all vendor payments directly where specified in the Service Agreement
• Comply with venue rules, local laws, and permit requirements applicable to your event
• Designate a single point of contact for the planning team to avoid conflicting instructions

Panigrahana acts as your representative and coordinator with vendors and venues. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party vendors once engaged, though we will act diligently on your behalf.

6. Venue & Vendor Partners

Panigrahana works with a curated network of venue and vendor partners across all destinations. While we exercise care in selecting our partners, we do not own, operate, or control any venue or vendor listed on this website.

Venue listings on panigrahana.com are for informational and inspirational purposes. Availability, pricing, capacity, and policies are subject to change by the venue at any time. Final venue contracts are entered into directly between the client and the venue (or through Panigrahana as agent, as specified in your Service Agreement).

Panigrahana does not warrant or guarantee the performance of any third-party vendor. In the event a vendor fails to deliver, we will use best efforts to source a suitable replacement, but our liability is limited as described in Section 10.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on panigrahana.com — including text, brand name, logo, design concepts, planning frameworks, and original editorial copy — is the intellectual property of Panigrahana Wedding Experiences and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Panigrahana.

Design concepts, mood boards, décor drawings, and planning documents created specifically for your event remain the creative property of Panigrahana. You receive a licence to use them for your personal event; ownership does not transfer. Panigrahana retains the right to use design work and event photographs in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, subject to Section 8 below.

8. Images & Photography

Venue and property images: Photographs of hotels, resorts, and venues displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners — including but not limited to the venue operators, their appointed photographers, and affiliated hospitality groups. These images are used for informational and illustrative purposes only. Panigrahana does not claim ownership of any venue photography.

Wedding photography from past events: Where photographs from actual weddings are displayed, they are used with the consent of the couple and/or the photographer. Copyright in such images belongs to the respective photographer. If you believe an image has been used incorrectly or without authorisation, please contact us at info@panigrahana.com and we will address your concern promptly.

Your event photography: Panigrahana may photograph or video record aspects of the events we plan for portfolio and promotional use. If you do not wish for your event to be featured, please notify us in writing before the event date and we will respect your preference.

Third-party image credits: We make reasonable efforts to credit photographers and image sources where known. If you are the owner of an image appearing on this site and would like a credit added or the image removed, please contact us.

9. Privacy & Data

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, contact details, and wedding preferences solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage your wedding planning process.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Vendor partners receive only the information necessary to deliver your event (e.g., guest counts, dietary requirements, date).

Our website may use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by Panigrahana via email, phone, or WhatsApp in relation to your enquiry. You may opt out at any time by notifying us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Panigrahana's total liability to a client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Panigrahana under the relevant Service Agreement.

Panigrahana shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by the acts or omissions of third-party vendors, venues, or suppliers
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Inaccuracies in venue listings or third-party information on this website, which is provided in good faith

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We encourage clients to raise any concerns directly with us first. Most issues are best resolved through open conversation, and we are committed to finding fair resolutions.
