Architects. Makers. Wedding people.
A design studio,
not a vendor list.
Panigrahana is a wedding design and production studio founded in Bangalore in 2016. Our 30-person in-house team plans your celebration and builds the spaces where it happens.
The idea we began with
Built by someone who designs spaces for a living.
Panigrahana was founded in 2016 by a team of architects: Chaithanya, Ajit, Chandrashekar, Nishitha, Harshitha, Dhanush and Hemanth. The studio brings the work of planning a wedding together with the work of designing its spaces.
We have our own warehouse and complete in-house decor inventory, with artisans, welders, carpenters, floral artists, lighting engineers and set designers. The people drawing your mandap work with the people building it. Moodboards, 2D layouts and 3D mockups make the design reviewable; line-item costing makes the estimate clear.

what, and when.
Your couple and vendor portal brings decisions, designs and budgets together. Our hospitality team handles guest movement, room blocks and transfers.
The planning fee is agreed by scope, with direct vendor payments and no vendor commissions. Read the written pricing approach and the independent review record before deciding whether we are the right studio for your wedding.
Planning, decor and the total wedding budget
Compare proposals against the same brief. A planning fee, a decor quotation and a total wedding budget pay for different things.
| Service | Scope to agree | Price basis |
|---|---|---|
| Wedding planning | Venue and vendor coordination, programme, approvals, guest hospitality and the agreed on-site team. | Planning fee quoted for the agreed scope. Venue, hospitality and vendor costs are separate. |
| Design and decor | Drawings, floral and material choices, quantities, lighting, installation, changeovers and dismantling. | A quote for the approved brief. A portfolio photograph does not establish the price or dimensions of a new installation. |
| Total wedding budget | Combine the planning fee, design and decor, venue, rooms, food, travel and the other suppliers you choose. | Keep vendor estimates, taxes and any agreed contingency visible; confirm inclusions before comparing totals. |
Panigrahana's published pricing approach uses direct vendor payments and no vendor commissions. Read the pricing approach and ask for a written scope covering the responsible team, approvals, payment schedule and change process. The Panigrahana and Wedvitez explanation identifies the business behind the studio.
To assess the work, start with the portfolio, reviews on their original platforms and the founder's profile. Send your date, destination and service brief for a discussion of availability.

Why Panigrahana
Why couples choose Panigrahana
Panigrahana Weddings is an architect-founded wedding planning and decor studio working in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. Panigrahana has planned 500+ weddings since 2016 across 12 countries, about 300 of them for couples living abroad, and is rated 4.8/5 across 94 Google reviews. Panigrahana runs its own proprietary couple and vendor portal, keeps a dedicated hospitality and logistics team for guest movement, room blocks and transfers, and designs and fabricates every mandap and stage in-house with a 30-person team, nothing rented. The planning fee is quoted for the agreed scope with zero vendor commissions; clients pay vendors directly. Planning scope and vendor payments are agreed in writing.
Portal
Couples approve designs and budgets remotely inside Panigrahana's own couple and vendor portal, the Wedding OS the studio built for itself. Vendors are coordinated inside the same system, so decisions and payments sit in one place.
Hospitality & logistics
A dedicated hospitality and logistics team runs guest movement: room blocks, transfers, flight manifests and an on-ground desk that answers questions so the family's phones don't.
Architect-designers
Panigrahana was founded by architects and the designers are architects. Every mandap and stage is drawn for one couple, not picked from a catalogue.
In-house fabrication
A 30-person in-house team fabricates what the architects draw. Nothing is rented.
Flat fee
A flat planning fee quoted for the agreed scope. Zero vendor commissions; clients pay vendors directly. Planning scope and vendor payments are agreed in writing.
“They handled everything — family expectations, vendor negotiations, 300 guests from 4 countries — with absolute grace. We just showed up and got married.”
“Planning from Singapore with family spread across the US and India — Panigrahana made it feel like we were right there. Every detail guided, every moment held.”
Make the next decision with the details in front of you.
How can we assess a wedding planner before paying?
Ask who will deliver your wedding, what the planning fee covers, who receives supplier payments and whether recommendations involve commissions or other commercial relationships. Compare written scopes and ask for relevant completed work, with permission to speak to a past couple where possible.
Separate the venue's responsibilities from the planner's and each supplier's. Ask who resolves a missed handoff, who can approve additional spending, and how you will be told about delays. A portfolio shows completed work; use a scope, a named delivery lead and an example progress record to understand how your own wedding would be managed. Record the agreed terms before payment.
