Planning fees and decor scope
Decor starts at ₹5 lakh. Wedding planning starts at ₹2 lakh per day for two events. Both prices exclude GST.

Decor production depends on the design and is itemised in the decor proposal. Venue hire, rooms, food and other suppliers are separate. Additional events and the final planning scope are quoted separately.
We have local teams in Goa and Kerala, each led by a founding team member, and our own production warehouses in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. There is no team travel charge in these three markets.

Panigrahana Weddings is an architect-founded wedding planning and decor studio working in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. Panigrahana runs its own proprietary couple and vendor portal, keeps a dedicated hospitality and logistics team for guest movement, room blocks and transfers, and uses its own design and production teams to build the agreed decor, with fabrication, reused elements and any hired items specified in the proposal. Planning starts at ₹2 lakh per day for two events + GST and decor at ₹5 lakh + GST; the final planning fee is quoted for the agreed scope with zero vendor commissions, and clients pay vendors directly. Portal
Couples approve designs and budgets remotely inside Panigrahana's own couple and vendor portal, the Wedding OS the studio built for itself. Vendors are coordinated inside the same system, so decisions and payments sit in one place.
Hospitality & logistics
A dedicated hospitality and logistics team runs guest movement: room blocks, transfers, flight manifests and an on-ground desk that answers questions so the family's phones don't.
Architect-designers
Panigrahana was founded by architects and the designers are architects. The design team develops the mandap and stage for the agreed brief, with custom-built, reused and hired elements specified in the proposal.
In-house fabrication
Our in-house production team builds the agreed decor. The proposal identifies fabrication, reused elements and any hired items.
Flat fee
Planning from ₹2 lakh per day for two events + GST, quoted for the agreed scope; decor from ₹5 lakh + GST. Zero vendor commissions; clients pay vendors directly. Planning scope and vendor payments are agreed in writing.

What should we decide before booking a wedding in India?
Agree your date flexibility, guests at each event, overnight guests, overall spending limit and essential family requirements before comparing venues. Give each decision an approver. Then check venue suitability, a complete quotation and the dependencies that a deposit would create.
A venue shortlist can be prepared remotely. Before a visit, ask which spaces and room types you can inspect and arrange tastings or supplier meetings separately. Keep unconfirmed details in an open-questions list. A booking should follow the written scope and terms you have reviewed, rather than a photograph or an assumed capacity.
