A 90-minute
planning consultation.
If your wedding is still more than a year out, most planners will tell you to come back later. We would rather talk now, because almost every decision that sets your budget — the city, the venue, the dates, the guest count — gets made in exactly this window, and it is much cheaper to get them right than to unwind them.
We do two things.
Wedding planning
Venue shortlisting and negotiation, the budget and payment schedule, vendor selection and management, guest and room-block logistics, the run-sheet, and a planner on the ground for every function. We take zero vendor commissions: you pay vendors directly, and our planning fee is quoted for the agreed scope.
Design and decor
Our founders are architects. Every mandap, stage, backdrop and floral installation is drawn by our design team and built by our own production team in our studio — nothing rented, nothing bought in as a stock set. You can take planning and decor together, or either one on its own.
What the 90 minutes covers.
- Where, and whyBangalore and the belt around it, Goa, Kerala — or Thailand, Bali and Europe. We compare them against where your guests actually fly from, what a room block will cost you, and the season you are working in.
- A realistic budget shapeNot a quote. The honest split between venue, food and beverage, decor, hospitality and production for a wedding of your size, and which of those lines will move when you change the guest count.
- The venue shortlistFive or six real properties, with what each one publishes, what it does not, and the questions to ask before you pay a deposit.
- Dates and the booking windowWhat has to be locked twelve, nine and six months out, and what genuinely can wait — including visas if your guests are travelling.
- What we would designA first read on the design direction for your venue and your functions, and what planning, decor or both would involve for your brief.
The call is paid. It is a working session with a senior planner, not a sales call, and the fee is what lets us prepare properly for it — we look at your venues, your dates and your numbers before we speak, and you leave with the shortlist and the budget shape whether or not you ever work with us.
It also protects your time as much as ours. Couples who are happy to pay for ninety minutes are usually the ones who want a straight answer rather than a brochure.

Book the call.
Send us your dates, the city or country you have in mind and a rough guest count, and we will come back with two or three slots and the payment link. Calls run on Google Meet or over the phone, in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam.
Studio hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00–21:00 IST. We reply within 24 hours. The consultation fee is payable before the call and covers the session itself; planning and decor are quoted separately, for the agreed scope, after we have spoken.
