Share your destination, approximate date, guest count and whether you need planning, decor or both. If you have chosen a venue, include its name and the photographs you want to discuss. Planning fees and decor are quoted for the agreed scope; a photograph is not a price list.

Decor production depends on the design and is itemised in the decor proposal. Venue hire, rooms, food and other suppliers are separate. Additional events and the final planning scope are quoted separately.
We have local teams in Goa and Kerala, each led by a founding team member, and our own production warehouses in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. There is no team travel charge in these three markets.
How should a reception stage differ from a sangeet stage?
Start with what happens on it. A reception backdrop needs space for the couple, family photographs and a clear greeting route. A sangeet brief also needs the performer count, entrances, sound positions and lighting cues. Agree the working area with the venue and production team before approving the backdrop; a photograph alone does not establish suitable dimensions.
What belongs in the stage-decor quote?
Ask for the platform and surface, backdrop structure and finish, flowers, furniture, access steps, installation and removal to be identified. Confirm separately whether sound, screens, lighting equipment and operators are included, who supplies power, and how changes after design approval are priced. The published service starting prices are not a fixed price for any stage shown in the portfolio.

₹5 lakh + GST is where our decor starts, as of October 2026. It is a starting engagement, not a price for each function: the venue, the number of functions, the approved design, the materials, and the setup and dismantling set the itemised quote. Families come to us for the functions either side of a wedding too. A Bangalore reception built entirely from reused fabric
At Mukta Hall in Chamara Vajra we built a reception stage in the shape of a Hampi step well, because that is where the couple met. The surfaces are patchwork stitched from tailoring offcuts, old sarees and mill waste. The 7,400 flowers across the build are fabric, hand-stitched in our studio and filled with fabric waste.
That job only works with a workshop and a stitching team on payroll. There is no hire catalogue in Bangalore you can pull it from, which is the practical difference between a decor studio and a decor supplier.

What is the difference between a wedding decorator and a wedding design studio in Bangalore?
A rental-led decorator works from a catalogue: the mandap frame, the backdrop and the props already exist and go out to several weddings in a season, and you choose from photographs of things already built. A design studio draws the wedding for your venue first — sketches, 2D CAD layouts and 3D renders you approve — and then builds it. We work the second way: our in-house team builds what our designers draw, and the proposal lists anything hired.
Do wedding decorators in Bangalore reuse or rent the same decor for different weddings?
Practices vary by supplier and brief. Ask which items are custom-built, reused or rented and who carries responsibility for their condition, installation and damage. Panigrahana has its own production team and warehouses; the agreed proposal defines your design and production scope.
Can we bring an outside decorator into a Bangalore hotel?
Sometimes, and it is a contract question rather than a design one. Some venues permit outside decorators freely, some charge an outside-vendor fee, and some require their in-house team. Ask before you sign the venue contract, not after: whether outside decorators are allowed, what the fee is in rupees, what the load-in access and setup hours are, and what restrictions apply to rigging, power and open flame.
How far ahead should we book wedding decor in Bangalore?
Early enough that the design can be drawn rather than assembled. The work that makes an original build possible — measuring the space, drawing it, agreeing the flower spec, fabricating — happens in the months before the wedding, not the week of it. Booking well ahead also protects you on peak dates, when vendors are in demand and rental items are limited.
Do you design decor for functions other than the wedding ceremony?
Yes, and it is usually where the design has the most room. Haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the reception and the welcome dinner each get their own brief and their own art direction rather than the same scheme in a different colour. What flowers are used in South Indian wedding decoration?
South Indian wedding decoration traditionally uses jasmine (mallige), marigold (sevantige), chrysanthemum, banana stem, mango leaves, and lotus. Jasmine is the primary ceremonial flower — used in hair, on the mandap, and as aisle decoration. For contemporary South Indian weddings, these traditional flowers are combined with roses, orchids, or peonies depending on the palette.
