Panigrahana is Bangalore's only luxury wedding studio that designs and fabricates all décor in-house. We have produced 200+ weddings in Bangalore since 2016 — at The Leela Palace, Taj West End, ITC Gardenia, Four Seasons, Golfshire, and 40+ other venues.
Most wedding decorators in Bangalore are coordinators: they rent frames, source flowers from a supplier, and assemble standard configurations at your venue. Panigrahana works differently. Our founding architects treat every wedding as a spatial design problem. Our in-house team — carpenters, metalworkers, floral artists, lighting engineers, textile designers — builds every element from scratch, in our Bangalore workshop, to specifications drawn for your venue and your brief.
The result is not a decorated room. It is a designed experience — where the mandap, the floral installations, the stage, the table, and the entrance speak the same visual language because they were conceived by the same design team.

Many do — a lot of decorators rent frames and reassemble standard catalogue configurations, so a mandap may have appeared at several weddings before yours. Panigrahana works the opposite way. Every mandap, backdrop and installation is an original design, drawn from scratch and fabricated in our own Bangalore workshop by a 30-person in-house team. Nothing is rented, and every piece we have built is a one-off.
Yes — decor can be scoped to a single element. A ceremony-only setup (mandap, aisle and entrance) starts around ₹1.5–3 lakh; a two-function package (ceremony plus reception) begins near ₹6–12 lakh; a full multi-day celebration runs ₹15–30 lakh. The reception stage is usually the largest single design surface, so it carries more of the budget. Share your venue and function list for an itemised quote.
A venue's in-house team is convenient and knows the space, but usually works from a set catalogue shared across every wedding there. A design-led studio gives you an original concept built for your aesthetic rather than a repeat setup. Panigrahana designs and fabricates everything in-house and works within each venue's rigging and load-bearing specs, so you get bespoke decor without coordination risk. Many Bangalore hotels welcome outside decorators.
