Decor production depends on the design and is itemised in the decor proposal. Venue hire, rooms, food and other suppliers are separate. Additional events and the final planning scope are quoted separately.
We have local teams in Goa and Kerala, each led by a founding team member, and our own production warehouses in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. There is no team travel charge in these three markets.

Choose the guest journey before the backdrop
For families starting in Bangalore, a Karnataka wedding can keep the planning visit and guest transfers on one road route. Goa adds coastal settings and a flight or longer drive. Kerala offers backwater, garden and coastal properties; the airport-to-venue transfer varies by the property. Confirm the journey for your actual guest list, including older relatives, before paying a venue deposit.
Planning a Goa wedding from Bangalore
Meet the Bangalore studio for your brief, then agree the Goa team, setup access, guest arrivals and indoor alternative with the property. Our local Goa team is led by a founding team member. Planning a Kerala wedding from Bangalore
Begin with the town and venue: a Kumarakom backwater celebration involves a different guest journey from Kochi or the coast. Our local Kerala team is led by a founding team member and supported by our Kerala production warehouse. Agree ceremony access, room nights and the weather alternative in writing. Karnataka destinations and weddings near Bangalore
A destination celebration can stay within Karnataka. Compare Coorg, Mysore, Chikmagalur and the Nandi Hills belt against the number of rooms needed and the guests who will travel. Do not treat a short map distance as a guaranteed drive time. Ask the property about access for production vehicles and the time available between functions.

International planning needs a separate travel, supplier and production scope. The no-team-travel-charge policy above applies to Bangalore, Goa and Kerala; do not carry that assumption into an overseas quote. Do you charge for team travel to Goa or Kerala?
There is no team travel charge in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala because Panigrahana has local teams and production warehouses. Guest travel, accommodation and other suppliers are separate from the planning fee. International weddings need a separate travel scope.
Should we choose a local planner or a Bangalore planner?
Compare who will lead your wedding on site, where design approvals happen and who owns production. Panigrahana combines the Bangalore studio with founding-team-led local teams in Goa and Kerala.
