Yes, on the WeddingWire listing, which shows outside decoration allowed alongside in-house decor (checked 26 October 2026, though its photographs date from 2021). Confirm it with the hotel in writing, with load-in hours, and design for the 8 ft ceilings: low florals, backdrops and light rather than tall structures.

No to both: the hotel's Cvent listing says outside caterers are not permitted and outside alcohol is not permitted in the restaurants or the banquet venue (checked 26 October 2026). Food and the bar come from the hotel, so set the menu at a tasting and ask for bar packages.

Outdoor music on the Rooftop Poolside has a hard stop at 10:30 pm, as at every Bangalore venue we work at (Panigrahana booking records, October 2026); Bengaluru's noise rules set 10 pm for amplified outdoor sound. Indoor rooms run later, and WeddingWire lists an in-house DJ with outside DJs allowed.
