Green Velvet & Pearls: A Welcome Dinner at JW Marriott Golfshire
An evening palette of forest green, white flowers and pearls, carried from the backdrop to the dinner tables.

A welcome dinner sets the tone for the celebrations to come. At JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire, this setting by Panigrahana Weddings brought together deep green velvet, delicate pearl swags and abundant white-and-green florals. The result was a botanical palette with the richness of an evening celebration.
The beauty of the setting lies in its textures: the folds of the velvet, the small glints of the pearl strands, the soft moss-like surfaces and the varied shapes of leaves and flowers. These photographs follow that design from the backdrop to the dinner tables and the bar.
Forest-green velvet, softened with pearls
The backdrop uses tall folds of dark green velvet, with a gathered sweep on one side. Pearl strands fall in loose curves across the fabric, adding a fine, pale line against the deeper colour. Uplighting catches the folds and gives the velvet a changing sheen.
At the base, floral arrangements rise to different heights on either side. Their asymmetry leaves the centre open and makes the flowers feel like they are growing into the setting.

An indoor garden, built from texture
White roses and rounded flower clusters sit among green blooms, eucalyptus-like foliage and trailing stems. The moss-textured forms give the arrangements a sculptural foundation. Looped botanical details and pearl strands reward a closer look without introducing another strong colour.
The palette stays closely related, but the materials vary in scale and shape. That variety is what gives the installation its depth.

Dinner tables that continue the story
Green velvet tablecloths carry the backdrop colour into the room. White chair covers create a crisp contrast, while the centrepieces bring the same loose botanical character to each table.
In the close views, white roses, rounded green accents and leafy stems rise from wood-slice bases edged with moss. The centrepieces feel connected to the larger installation while still having their own small details for guests to notice.

From the welcome display to the bar
The short clips add another part of the setting: a green welcome display with an intertwined monogram, dressed with white flowers and trailing greenery. At the bar, an arrangement spills over the corner of the counter, bringing the same palette to a different part of the room.
Repeating the colours across these touchpoints ties the evening together. The backdrop makes the first impression, while the tables and bar keep the design present as guests move through the space.
