Three simultaneous spaces on the wedding night, 450 guests flowing between ceremony garden, reception ballroom and children's zone — the most complex single-event logistics our Bangalore team produced that year.

Vinay and Pooja's guest list of 450 came from across India — guests flying into Bangalore from 11 different cities. The central challenge was hospitality at scale: ensuring that every person who had travelled to attend felt genuinely welcomed and attended to throughout the evening, not just processed through a large event.

The three-space structure was our solution. The outdoor garden hosted the ceremony, allowing the ritual to happen in the open air with appropriate scale. The Grand Ballroom hosted the main reception — seated dinner, speeches, dancing. The pre-function area was converted into a dedicated children's and elderly zone, with its own service team, seating appropriate to mobility requirements, and programming for the younger guests. Each zone had its own aesthetic identity and service team.

The simultaneous coordination of three spaces — three separate sound systems, three lighting designs, three catering lines, three service hierarchies — required the most detailed operational brief our Bangalore team had ever written. The run sheet was 47 pages. The walk-through with the Radisson events team took four hours. On the night, the execution was seamless enough that most guests were unaware there was a coordination structure at all.

Pooja's aunt — who had used a wheelchair for two years and had never been comfortable at large wedding events — told Pooja after the evening that it was the first wedding in years where she had felt like a guest rather than an accommodation. That comment, reported to us the next morning, was the review that mattered most.
