Wedding assistant
Ask about a venue, and see where every answer came from
Your brief
Four things decide most of the shortlist: where, how many people, how many rooms and what you are building outdoors. Everything else we work out in conversation.
What the published facts say
Nothing checked yet. Fill in the brief above and press the button.
Ask the assistant
Optional. A written answer over the same published facts — every statement carries the fact it came from. It cannot go beyond what is above, and it will say “unknown / to be confirmed with the venue” rather than guess.

Your brief
A worked example
Say the brief is 220 guests, about 100 rooms, three functions in Goa, an outdoor mandap with a rain alternative. Here is what the assistant does with that, and where it stops. No venue is named here, because the answer depends on what is published on the day you ask.
- It checks seated capacity, not a headline number
- A capacity fact only counts if it names a layout. “Up to 500” with no layout is a listing maximum, and it is shown as an estimate, not as a seat count for 220 at round tables.
- It checks the room count, never the availability
- Rooms on the property is a published number. Whether 100 of them are free on your dates is not on any page — we confirm that with the property, by name, for your dates.
- It checks whether there is a real rain alternative
- A covered space only counts if the property names one. If it has not been published, the assistant says so rather than assuming the ballroom will do.
- It checks the outside-decorator position
- Whether the property allows your own decorator and planner, and what it charges to do so, decides what can be built. Where that is not published, it stays unknown.
- It shows a source and a date on every line
- Each fact links to the page it came from and the date we last checked it. Where two sources disagree, both are shown as a disagreement rather than one being quietly chosen.
- What stays with a human
- Dates and holds, the actual quote, what the three functions should look like, what a decorator can build in that specific space, and every negotiation. A planner does all of that — on WhatsApp +91 77669 40021, at /ask/, or by email.
If this page cannot run
Everything the assistant reads is also published as ordinary pages: Bangalore, Goa, Kerala. A planner answers questions at /ask/, on WhatsApp +91 77669 40021 and at info@panigrahana.com.
