In Bangalore, drive time matters more than kilometres. A venue 12 km away on the Outer Ring Road at 5pm can be further than one 30 km out on the airport road at 5am. That is a build-schedule problem, and it belongs in the run sheet rather than in a map search.
By area — where we work in the city
We are one studio with one production workshop, not a chain of branches, and we build across Bangalore. These are the areas families most often ask about, with the thing that is worth knowing in each.
- North Bangalore — Yelahanka, Hebbal, Devanahalli and the airport belt: the largest venues and the longest build windows, and the most forgiving traffic if the crew starts early.
- Whitefield and the eastern corridor: hotel ballrooms and convention centres, so decor is often constrained by the venue's own rules on rigging and outside vendors.
- Central Bangalore — Cunningham Road, Race Course, Residency Road: heritage and five-star properties with short access windows and strict strike deadlines.
- South Bangalore — Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Banashankari: kalyana mantapas with fixed formats, where the design work is about making a standard hall not look standard.
- HSR, Sarjapur and the southeast: newer resorts and farm venues, usually outdoor, so lighting and weather cover carry the budget.
- West — Rajajinagar, RR Nagar, Nagarbhavi: community halls and mantapas, often multi-function on the same day, so changeovers dominate the plan.
- The drive-out belt — Nandi Hills, Coorg, Mysore, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur: the crew stays over, and travel and stay are quoted in rather than absorbed.

Questions couples ask
Do you have a branch near me?
No. We are one studio with one production workshop in RMV 2nd Stage, north Bengaluru, and we build across the city. A studio with many branches usually means many subcontractors; we would rather have one crew that has worked together.
Will you come to our home for a meeting?
For a home function, yes, because the setup has to be measured — lift access, parking, floor protection and power are all street-level questions. For planning conversations, a call is usually faster for both sides and lets more of the family join.
Do you charge more for venues far from your workshop?
For venues inside the city, no. For the drive-out belt — Nandi Hills, Coorg, Mysore, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur — travel and stay for the crew are quoted as their own line rather than hidden inside the decor number.
We want a small decorator near us for a haldi at home. Is that too small for you?
No. Home functions are normal work here and are quoted the same way as anything else, by what gets built and how many crew days it takes. There is no minimum wedding budget at this studio.
Can you handle a wedding at a kalyana mantapa?
Yes. Mantapas have fixed formats and often back-to-back bookings, which makes the build window the hard constraint rather than the design. That is a planning problem we like; it is also why the build starts earlier than families expect.
How quickly can you respond on the day if something breaks?
There is a named lead on your floor for every function day, so the first response is already in the room. What has to travel is a replacement part, and that is why the build carries spares for the pieces that fail most often.
Do you work outside Bangalore?
Yes — Goa and Kerala regularly, and overseas for Indian families in Bali, Sri Lanka and Thailand. We do not take weddings in Indian cities where we have no standing crew.
