Aakash & Priya
Singapore → Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Benaulim, South Goa
A 200-guest beach ceremony at Taj Exotica that became one of Goa's most photographed weddings of 2024 — 40 feet of coral and gold florals stretching along the waterline at dusk.
Aakash and Priya flew in from Singapore with a very specific vision: the Arabian Sea at golden hour, no walls, and a floral language that felt simultaneously tropical and opulent. Taj Exotica's private beachfront in Benaulim was the only venue that made all three possible at once. We had exactly 11 days of pre-event production on site.
Our decor team constructed a 40-foot floral corridor along the waterline using hand-wired coral anthurium, gold marigold, and white tuberose — the structure engineered to withstand the sea breeze while appearing entirely weightless from the mandap. The Taj's legendary catering team prepared a seven-course dinner for 200 that drew as many compliments as the florals.
The ceremony itself began at 5:47pm, timed precisely to the December light. The photographs taken in the 18 minutes between ceremony close and last light — couple, family, and the Arabian Sea — have since been shared across the Indian wedding community more than any image we have produced in the past three years.
At the reception inside the Sala Grande ballroom, Aakash told the room that choosing Panigrahana was the only wedding planning decision he and Priya made without second-guessing. 'Everything else,' he said, 'we trusted to them.' That trust, delivered on in full, is what this wedding represents.
