Three extraordinary days at The St. Regis Goa's private beachfront — the Butler Service extended to every wedding detail, The Meadows ceremony at golden hour, and a midnight sangeet on the beach.

The St. Regis Butler Service is the hotel's most celebrated feature — a dedicated butler assigned to every guest, available around the clock, trained to anticipate requirements before they are voiced. Siddharth and Ishita chose the St. Regis specifically because they wanted that level of hospitality extended to all 180 of their guests for three days. The planning challenge was to integrate the wedding production seamlessly into the butler system.

The Meadows ceremony at golden hour on Day Two was the emotional centrepiece. One hundred and eighty chairs arranged on the St. Regis's private lawn, the Sal River behind and the Arabian Sea horizon ahead, ivory and champagne florals designed to read as natural rather than constructed in that light. The ceremony began at precisely 5:30pm, coordinated with the hotel's tide and light data.

The Riviera pool reception that followed unfolded across two terraces simultaneously — cocktails by the pool, dinner under a custom canopy installed along the waterfront. The St. Regis team's execution of our service design across two spaces for 180 guests without a single visible logistical seam was a reminder of why this property commands its reputation.

The midnight sangeet on the beach — guests dancing on sand, torches along the waterline, the Goa sky overhead — was the moment Ishita later described as her favourite of the three days. 'I did not want it to end,' she said. 'I kept thinking: how is this my actual life?'
