Four hundred guests from seven states, the most elaborate beachfront installation the Radisson's team said they had seen, and a logistical production that required managing the sensibilities of a genuinely national guest list.

Nikhil and Shreeja's combined families represented seven different Indian states — Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab. Each state has distinct expectations around wedding ritual, food, music, and hospitality. The first planning challenge was not design but diplomacy: how do you honour seven sets of expectations without any one family feeling their tradition was the compromise?

The answer was structure rather than fusion — separate ceremonial events for each family's specific rituals, a shared grand ceremony on the wedding day, and food programming that offered distinct regional sections rather than an undifferentiated buffet. Radisson Blu Cavelossim's multiple simultaneous event spaces made this structure possible without guests experiencing it as logistical.

The beachfront decor installation, which our team rated as the most technically ambitious production we had completed at this property, covered the entire Cavelossim beach frontage with a suspended floral grid — 3,200 individual floral clusters hung from a tensioned cable system installed above the beach. The effect, at sunset, was a ceiling of flowers against the sea horizon.

The Radisson team, who had seen hundreds of wedding productions at their property, told us afterwards that they had not seen anything like it. Coming from a team of that experience, that observation meant more than most reviews we receive.
