Understand what your wedding quotes include

Ask about the scope behind a price
Share the dates, functions, guests, room requirements and the specific lines you cannot reconcile. The studio can discuss a planning or decor enquiry and clarify the review scope. This page does not promise an independent fairness verdict, a fixed turnaround or an unconfirmed free review service.
A quote example you can check
Illustrative example. These numbers are synthetic, not supplier rates or completed wedding data. Assume 150 meal guests, 40 rooms for 2 nights, and two functions. Every rate below is only an arithmetic input.
| Charge basis | Calculation | Entered base amount |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed production | 1 × ₹1,00,000 | ₹1,00,000 |
| One meal per guest | 150 × ₹1,000 | ₹1,50,000 |
| Room nights | 40 rooms × 2 nights × ₹5,000 | ₹4,00,000 |
| Per-function charge | 2 × ₹20,000 | ₹40,000 |
| Known base subtotal | Excludes unresolved charges | ₹6,90,000 |
| Refundable deposit | Held separately; refund terms needed | ₹50,000 |
| Taxes and other mandatory charges | Not supplied | Unknown, not zero |
Known cash needed for these lines and the deposit is ₹7,40,000 before unresolved taxes and charges. This is not a confirmed all-in total or final spend. Increasing only that meal from 150 to 200 guests adds ₹50,000 before tax; it does not increase the fixed production line. Other functions, suppliers and personal costs are excluded.

Planning is quoted for the agreed scope. In-house design and decor are quoted separately for their scope and production. Zero vendor commission does not mean in-house services are supplied without margin.
The agreed written proposal specifies payment amounts, due dates and delivery or approval milestones. No universal percentage split is promised.
Zero vendor commissions; clients pay vendors directly. Company facts and original review sources
Seven details to reconcile in a quote
Check the dates and duration; function spaces; guest and room quantities; design and material specifications; installation and removal; taxes and mandatory charges; and payment, change and cancellation terms. Ask the supplier to clarify each missing item rather than treating it as included.
Compare quotes line by line using the same scope. A meal rate, room rate and fixed production charge use different quantities. A deposit can affect cash needed without representing final spend. Keep unanswered lines visible until the supplier confirms them.
