About Savirajyam
Savirajyam is on Budigere Road at Bhattarahalli, opposite the Shell petrol bunk, on the eastern corridor that runs out towards Hoskote. It opened in 2022 and it was built for scale — one hall with an adjoining outdoor area, rated together at 1,200 seated and 1,500 floating.
The building leans hard into a palace register: a castellated facade with towers outside, a chandeliered ceiling and a carved wooden mandap built into the stage inside. That is a real advantage for families who want a traditional-looking wedding without commissioning a traditional-looking set, and a real constraint for anyone whose taste runs contemporary — the room has a strong opinion and it will win.
Catering runs through a panel and decor is open. Twenty-two rooms sit on site. The rental is ₹2.5 lakh a function on the listing. It is a dry venue, which for a hall of this size on this corridor is the norm rather than the exception.
- Single hall with an adjoining outdoor area, rated 1,200 seated and 1,500 floating
- Carved wooden mandap built into the stage
- 22 rooms on site
- ₹2,50,000 per function rental (listing reference)
- Panel caterers; outside decorators permitted
- Dry venue — no alcohol in-house or brought in

Designed, not just planned
How we would design a wedding at Savirajyam
A castellated exterior and a carved mandap inside mean the venue has already chosen a period and a register. Fighting it produces the worst outcome; extending it produces the best. Floral that follows the mandap's carving, drapes in the same warm palette as the woodwork, and a colour temperature that flatters gilt rather than fluorescing against it. The chandeliers are the room's fixed fixtures — match them or turn them off and light the room yourself, but do not mix the two. The adjoining outdoor area is the only relief from the interior's weight and should be designed as a contrast: lighter, simpler, greener. At 1,200 seated, the sightline from the back row to the mandap is the drawing that matters most; raise the stage build enough that it is still readable from thirty metres.
Which function goes where
| Haldi | The adjoining outdoor area in the morning, which keeps the hall free for the main build. |
|---|---|
| Mehendi | Outdoor area or a section of the hall, depending on the weather and the guest count. |
| Sangeet | Main hall, using the stage the mandap sits on. Bring the lighting; the room's own is chandelier-warm but flat. |
| Wedding ceremony | The hall's built mandap, with the guest list seated facing it — the layout the building is designed around. |
| Reception | Same hall with the seating reconfigured, or the outdoor area for the arrival and the hall for dinner. |
Season and weather
The hall is indoors and air-conditioned, so the venue works year-round. Only the adjoining outdoor area is weather-dependent.

Before you book
Planning notes for Savirajyam
Is Savirajyam the right venue for your wedding?
| Right for you if | East Bangalore families along the Budigere Road, Whitefield and Hoskote corridor with 800–1,500 guests who want a traditional palace-style hall. |
|---|---|
| Look elsewhere if | Couples who want a contemporary or minimal design, or a bar. |
| Planner tip | Get the caterer panel and their per-plate rates before the date is held. With a fixed rental and a panel kitchen, those two numbers are most of the budget and neither moves later. |
Where Savirajyam is

Asked and answered
Savirajyam wedding questions
How many guests can Savirajyam hold?
The WedMeGood listing rates the banquet hall with its outdoor area at 1,200 seated and 1,500 floating. It is listed as a single combined space, so ask on the site visit how the indoor and outdoor portions divide, since that determines your seated capacity under cover.
What does Savirajyam cost?
The listing reference is ₹2,50,000 per function as rental, taxes extra, checked 11 September 2026. Catering is through the venue's panel and is quoted separately by the caterer you appoint. Ask whether the rental covers one session or a full day.
Can I bring my own caterer to Savirajyam?
No. The listing records panel caterers allowed, meaning you choose from the venue's approved list. Ask for that list early, and if a particular community menu matters to your family, check which panel member cooks it before you hold the date.
Can I use my own decorator at Savirajyam?
Yes, the listing records outside decorators as permitted. The hall has a built carved wooden mandap and chandeliered ceiling, so brief your decorator to extend that language rather than override it — a contemporary scheme will read as being at war with the room.
Is alcohol allowed at Savirajyam?
No. The listing records no in-house alcohol and outside alcohol not permitted, which makes this a dry venue. That is the norm for large halls on this corridor, but it does rule out a cocktail sangeet.
Does Savirajyam have rooms?
The listing records 22 rooms at the venue. Directory listings mention 21 rooms with more arranged at nearby properties, plus a private bridal suite. Either way it covers the two families rather than a large outstation list.
Where is Savirajyam?
On Budigere Road at Bhattarahalli, opposite the Shell petrol bunk, Bengaluru 560049, on the eastern corridor between Avalahalli and Hoskote. WedMeGood files it under Aavalahalli. It suits Whitefield, KR Puram and Hoskote families.
Is there a built mandap at Savirajyam?
Yes. A carved wooden mandap sits on the hall's stage, which saves you the cost of building a ceremony structure and sets the design direction for everything around it. Your decorator works with it rather than replacing it.
Is there parking at Savirajyam?
The listing records parking as sufficient, and directory listings cite space for about 150 vehicles with valet service. For a 1,200-guest function that is workable but tight; confirm the overflow arrangement on Budigere Road before the invitations go out.
How new is Savirajyam?
The WedMeGood listing records the venue as having started in 2022. That means current finishes and a management team still establishing a record, so ask for references from weddings held in the last season rather than relying on the listing photographs.
Is Savirajyam air-conditioned?
The hall is presented as a centrally air-conditioned banquet space, with the adjoining outdoor area open. Confirm the cooling in writing before an April or May date — at 1,200 seated, that is the single biggest comfort variable in the room.
How is Savirajyam rated?
WedMeGood shows 5.0 from 5 reviews as of 11 September 2026, for a venue that opened in 2022. That is a small but genuine sample. Read the reviews for how the panel catering worked, since that is the relationship you cannot change once booked.
Do you plan weddings at Savirajyam?
Yes. Panigrahana plans and designs weddings at Savirajyam; Bangalore and the belt around it is one of our home markets and we have planned weddings since 2018 with an in-house team. The sequence — date, venue contract, design, build, vendor management and on-day production — is set out in the Panigrahana Method at panigrahana.com/the-panigrahana-method.html. With 22 rooms on site, an outstation guest list can stay where the functions are. We quote planning for the agreed scope, take zero vendor commission, and you pay Savirajyam for venue, catering and rooms directly.
Who does the wedding decoration at Savirajyam?
Outside decorators permitted. A castellated exterior and a carved mandap inside mean the venue has already chosen a period and a register. Panigrahana designs and builds its own decor: architect-led drawings fabricated in our own workshop for the rooms and lawns at Savirajyam, not pulled from a rental catalogue. The spaces that carry it are Banquet hall with outdoor area. Our Bangalore decor work is at panigrahana.com/best-wedding-decorators-bangalore-2026.html.
