The paved central walk from the gate to the pavilion is the property's spine and it was clearly designed as one, so the correct move is to use it as the processional axis rather than laying a separate aisle across the lawn. Everything else should be set square to that line. The pavilion is a steel portal frame with a pitched roof and open long sides, which gives two things: load-rated rigging points along the trusses, and a horizon of daylight on both sides that will blow out any photograph taken looking outward at midday. Put the stage at the closed end, not against an open side. The open sides also mean the pavilion is naturally ventilated rather than air-conditioned, so a May afternoon function inside it will still be warm; industrial fans, not more fabric. Lighting at night is straightforward because the roof gives you height and fixings; by day, the design work is shade on the lawn. As a 2025 build the power and water infrastructure is new, which is worth confirming but usually means a lighting plot does not need a generator.
