The arcade decides everything. Twelve-plus repeating white arches are a strong architectural rhythm and they punish fussy decor — anything hung across them competes and loses. The design that works is restraint on the structure and weight on the lawn: let the arches stay white, wash them from below at night so the shadow lines read, and put the colour and the floral density into the mandap and the aisle. The black iron chandeliers already under the roof set the fixture vocabulary; matching them beats replacing them. Ceiling height under the pitched roof is generous, so a tall mandap works.
