Start with the relationship between the green frame and the open space beneath it. If this is the part you want to carry into your own wedding, save the wider view and say so in the brief. If the lamps are the important detail, save the closer view as well. The design discussion can then separate the overall structure from the elements placed around the ritual space.
For your venue, confirm which parts of an existing pavilion can be dressed and where the family needs access. Ask the planning and design teams to show the entry route and seated sightlines on the same drawing. These are questions for adapting the reference; the photographs alone do not establish the measurements or permissions of another venue.
