When sharing a photograph
Keep the photograph paired with its actual venue and source page. Do not add a couple name, event date, guest number, price or supplier credit that is absent from that record. A portfolio link does not by itself grant permission to republish an image; ask the studio for the appropriate file and image credit if you are preparing a publication.
If you worked on the event and a credit needs correction, send the image or page link with your role and the credit text to be reviewed. We can then update the relevant project record.
