The venue's listing shows ₹799 per plate vegetarian and ₹900 non-vegetarian, taxes extra. No venue rental is published. Ask what the fallback is at your specific headcount, how late the call can be made, and who carries the cost if the answer is a structure.

October to February, as across Kodagu. November to January are dry and cool and book first. February is the value month — dry, coffee blossom, easier availability. October is the greenest and wettest, so the Hall has to be genuinely costed as the fallback. Monsoon runs June to September and argues for a small indoor-anchored wedding or another date.

Karnataka's outdoor amplified-sound cut-off of 10pm applies. The Hall is where a function that needs to run late belongs. The listing records that an in-house DJ is not available and outside DJs are permitted, so the sound vendor comes with your production team rather than from the property.

It is arguably better for a small one than a large one. With villas and suites rather than standard rooms, a golf course, a riding academy and a spa filling the days between functions, a 100 to 150 guest programme over two or three nights uses the estate the way it is built to be used. Above 250 the published capacities stop supporting the plan.

By road. Most guests come by coach or car from Bengaluru; others fly into Bengaluru, Mangaluru or Kannur and drive. The approach runs through Somwarpet rather than Madikeri, with the last stretch on estate roads. Schedule coaches to arrive in daylight and stagger arrival windows so check-in flows rather than jams.

Yes — the resort lists a spa and fitness facility alongside the golf course and the riding academy. For a wedding party that matters more than it sounds: it gives the bridal group somewhere to be on the morning of a function without leaving the estate, and it gives guests something to do on the unstructured afternoons a multi-day programme needs.

For a November to January weekend, nine to twelve months. Kodagu's dry-season weekends across every property in the belt go early, and the room block is the part that protects your guests from rack rates later. Shoulder dates in October, February and March are usually holdable at six months.
