Six things: the venue and its spaces per function; the feeling you want guests to have at each event; a palette (colours you love and colours you refuse); 2-3 statement priorities ranked by photographic importance; your budget tier (essential ₹3–5L, signature ₹5–12L, luxury ₹12–20L, ultra ₹20L+); and your non-negotiables.
