Every data point — from per-plate catering rates at specific hotels to decor material costs — comes from actual vendor invoices and venue contracts, not estimates or averages from the internet.
We update the calculator monthly to reflect current market rates, seasonal fluctuations, and new venue pricing. The estimates provided are realistic ranges, not lowball numbers designed to get you excited or inflated figures designed to upsell.
