This guide is for ORO The Estates at B1, The Estates Club, Madakuhosahalli, Nandi Hills, Karnataka 561205. It is the Nandi Hills resort, not a Palace Road venue in central Bangalore.
Capacity depends on the space and the layout. The Aakasam venue listing gives 500 seated or 800 floating. Oro’s website gives 300 indoors at Infinity, 250 at Bamboo Bay, up to 150 at the Pool Villa setting and 75 at the pool deck. We draw your stage, dining and guest routes into the space you choose and confirm the layout with the venue.
The supplied Silver, Gold and Platinum food-and-bar references are ₹4,500, ₹5,000 and ₹5,500 per person for three hours, before taxes and service charges, with at least 25 guests. They cover food and bar only. Venue hire, rooms, decor and production are quoted separately, so tell us your date, functions and guest count and we will put a full number together.
The official accommodation description and the rooming sheet shared with us show 11 Club Rooms, a five-bedroom Pool Villa, a five-bedroom Sanctuary Villa and a three-bedroom Garden Villa — 24 bedrooms in all. Third-party listings quote different totals, so we confirm the live inventory and your allocation with the venue.
Yes. The venue listing permits outside decorators, and our studio designs and builds the decor for your wedding in-house. We agree access hours, rigging methods, power and removal deadlines with the venue as part of the plan.
No. The venue listing specifies in-house catering and in-house alcohol, and outside alcohol is not permitted. Your menu, beverage brands and service hours are agreed in the venue contract.
Infinity Hall is the indoor option, at an official 300 guests — smaller than the largest lawn gathering. For an outdoor function above that number we plan real covered capacity for your guest count; a roofed pavilion with open sides is not a complete rain backup on its own.
Aakasam is the natural choice for a larger outdoor ceremony. A smaller wedding often works better in the Pool Villa setting. We decide it against your guest count, the ceremony you want, weather cover and how guests move between functions.
The venue listing permits an outside DJ. Indoor and outdoor music timings, sound limits and power are set by the venue for your date, and we get them in writing before the production plan is locked.
The venue states 30 km from Kempegowda International Airport. It is in Madakuhosahalli near Nandi Hills, outside central Bangalore. Plan the drive from each guest’s actual arrival point and allow for traffic rather than relying on one fixed city travel time.
