How we would design a wedding at W Goa
The site is sloped, windy and dramatic; decor that competes with the cliff and the sea loses. Keep mandaps open, low and engineered for wind; use the laterite red and the sea as the palette; light the paths and the cliff edge for safety. The Great Room's clean modern shell takes a bold stage and lighting well. A sunset ceremony at W Goa is timed to the minute — the light is the decor.

Season and weather
November to February is the dry, breezy window; October and March work with shade. The monsoon on the headland is spectacular and unusable outdoors — the Great Room is the only indoor room of size. Christmas–New Year in Vagator goes a year ahead.
Arrivals, access and logistics
Vagator is about an hour from Dabolim and closer to Mopa airport in North Goa. Overflow rooms sit in Vagator, Anjuna and Assagao. The headland's slopes mean buggies and lit paths for guests; confirm vendor gate hours and the 10 pm outdoor sound rule.
