Decor production depends on the design and is itemised in the decor proposal. Venue hire, rooms, food and other suppliers are separate. Additional events and the final planning scope are quoted separately.
We have local teams in Goa and Kerala, each led by a founding team member, and our own production warehouses in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala. There is no team travel charge in these three markets.

The Short Answer
Wedding production is the technical layer of a wedding event: sound design and engineering, lighting design and programming, LED walls and playback, staging, rigging, power and backup, and show-calling — the cue-by-cue direction that keeps a twelve-performance sangeet from drifting ninety minutes into dinner service. In 2026, a competent base package for a designed sangeet or reception starts around ₹8–15 lakh per event night; a full production night with a large LED wall, followspots and a show-caller runs ₹18–40 lakh; rider-compliant celebrity-artist nights start at ₹35 lakh before artist fees.
Panigrahana treats this as one scope with one cue sheet. The same company runs Panigrahana Productions for live shows and corporate events, so show-calling is everyday work here. Production on this page means the technical layer. Decor is a different build. Our own carpenters, welders and florists build Panigrahana decor from our production warehouses in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala, and our designers work alongside them. The Scope
Line-array systems specced to the venue's actual geometry, separate vocal and playback mixes, wireless management so the emcee's mic doesn't drop during the couple's entry, and an engineer at the desk all night. Outdoor lawns, beach venues and palace courtyards each fail differently; we have produced in all three for years.
A lighting design that serves three masters: the ceremony's emotion, the performances' energy, and the photographer's exposures. Cue-programmed rigs, followspots for entries and artist sets, and haze where the design calls for visible beams. The difference between programmed and parked lighting is the difference between a show and a hall.
LED walls with content built for the screen's actual resolution and viewing distance, stages and risers engineered for load (a twelve-dancer family performance is a load case), trussing rigged with rated hardware, and power distribution with genuine backup — not a generator that has never been switched over under load.
A run-of-show built days in advance, rehearsed cue sheets, and one person on comms calling every transition: lights, sound, LED content, emcee, artist, entries, dinner release. It is how a live show holds its schedule, and it is how we run a sangeet. Check who approves the rig, who runs the lights and when the crew can enter, because sound and light took about 20% of the latest Panigrahana decor invoices, read on 8 October 2026, and crew access at Bangalore venues is agreed with each venue in advance by the size of the build.
Ask the venue in writing which rigging points it allows. Where there are none, price a free-standing truss or ground-supported structure and check the floor loading. Confirm power and backup before the lighting is designed, and name the person who runs the cues on the night. The bigger the build, the earlier the crew goes in, so settle the access time before you sign. The Difference
A wedding night can have separate sound, light and LED suppliers, and that works well when one person holds the cue sheet. The moment to plan for is the one when the artist's set, the couple's entry and dinner service all need the same twenty minutes. Whoever is running the wedding, ask who calls that moment.
