Our 30-person in-house team includes architects, floral artists, carpenters, metalworkers, lighting engineers, and event producers — all working together under one design direction. Design Brief & Vision Deck
Within 5 business days, we share a written brief with visual direction, venue recommendations, a preliminary budget structure, and our initial design thinking. This becomes the working foundation for the engagement.

Venue Selection & Negotiation
We shortlist venues based on your brief, conduct site visits with you, and negotiate all venue contracts — F&B minimums, room blocks, exclusivity terms, and overtime clauses. Our relationships with Bangalore venues mean we can often negotiate terms not available to direct bookers.

Vendor Sourcing & Design Direction
We source and contract all vendors under our direction: photography, music, catering upgrades, transport, makeup, and any entertainment. Simultaneously, our design team develops the décor concepts for each function.

Mandap drawings, floral mood boards, lighting designs, and stage concepts are shared for your approval. Once approved, fabrication begins at our Bangalore workshop. Every element is built before the wedding week.
