Goa Wedding Packages With Price — Per Guest, Venue by Venue (2026)

"Goa wedding package" means something different at each resort, which is why the three quotes a couple collects never line up. Some hotels quote a per-plate rate and a room block. Some bundle a lawn, a basic stage and a mandap frame. Almost none include the things that actually move the total: decor, photography, GST and the planner. This page prices the part that is comparable, the per-guest F&B, venue by venue, then builds three full package totals in the open so you can see every line. Every figure is the same one we publish on our Goa destination wedding cost guide and our venue pages.

Published Goa wedding packages by guest count

Goa Marriott and The Westin are the two Goa resorts in our records that publish a priced wedding package with a guest count. Eighteen resorts, Goa Marriott among them, list a day rate on WedMeGood for a stated block of rooms; four are in this table, and all eighteen are in the all-inclusive table further down.

The guest counts for the day rates assume two guests to a room, as the Marriott offers do. Our planning (from ₹2 lakh a day for two events) and decor (from ₹5 lakh) come on top, both + GST, at any resort that allows an outside decorator. At The Westin, which does, a two-day wedding for 150 guests starts at about ₹59 lakh before taxes. The Goa wedding cost guide runs the same sums for 200 and 300 guests.

Goa wedding package price per guest, by venue

Two figures sit side by side here. The roster band is our indicative 2026 range for a wedding plate at each resort. The listed plate is the starting price the resort shows on WedMeGood, vegetarian then non-vegetarian, taxes extra, checked 26 September 2026; where the hotel publishes its own catering price on its events page, that is added. The 150-guest column multiplies the roster band by three functions, the usual mehendi, sangeet and wedding sequence. Peak December–January dates sit at the top of each band; November and February sit near the bottom. Room blocks are quoted separately at a negotiated group rate.

All-inclusive Goa wedding packages with a published day rate

All-inclusive Goa wedding packages bundle rooms, food and the venue into one day rate. On WedMeGood, checked 26 September 2026, it runs from ₹15 lakh to ₹77 lakh a day, mostly for a 100-room block that sleeps about 200 guests two to a room. Decor, the bar and licences sit outside the rate, and each resort sets its own decorator and catering rules.

A three-day wedding is three of these days: ₹2.31 crore at Taj Exotica's rate and ₹45 lakh at Gateway Goa Palolem's, before the lines above. For families abroad, Taj Exotica's ₹77 lakh a day is about US$80,300, £60,700 or AED 294,800, and Gateway's ₹15 lakh about US$15,600, £11,800 or AED 57,400, at the 26 Sep 2026 rate (open.er-api.com mid-market); contracts are in INR. Ask each resort in writing which rooms, meals and spaces the day rate covers, what it charges for guests above the block, and whether the venue is exclusive.

What a Goa wedding package usually excludes

• GST. Hotel services carry 18% GST and catering 5–12%, which adds roughly 12–16% to the whole budget.
• The planner fee. Goa market planner fees run ₹2–4 lakh for coordination only, ₹4–10 lakh for partial planning and ₹10–25 lakh+ for full-service luxury planning; these are market ranges, not Panigrahana’s prices. Panigrahana’s planning starts at ₹2 lakh per day for two events + GST, with the final flat fee quoted for the agreed scope.
• Decor beyond the basic set. A resort's "included" stage is a frame and a backdrop. Designed decor across three functions runs ₹5–12 lakh at the Signature tier and ₹12–20 lakh at the Luxury tier.
• The bar. Neither Marriott package lists alcohol, and 17 of the 18 resorts in the day-rate table run their own bar with no outside alcohol on their WedMeGood listings (checked 26 Sep 2026). Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon’s listing allows outside alcohol; ask about corkage.
• Permits. A beach ceremony needs the permissions that apply to its exact site, structure and sound. North Goa's sound-permission guidance lists a ₹50 application fee and asks for landowner, local-authority, coastal-zone and Tourism Department clearances for sound on a beach (northgoa.gov.in, checked 17 Sep 2026). Other permission fees are not verified here, and a resort booking alone does not establish that approvals cover your event.
• Generators for outdoor functions. ₹50,000–1.5 lakh per function at outdoor venues.
• Guest rooms and transfers. Rooms sit outside the per-plate figure; airport runs for 150 guests over two arrival days cost ₹3–6 lakh.
• Vendor travel. Teams brought in from outside Goa cost ₹1,500–3,000 per vendor per day. We have our own team and production warehouse in Goa, so we add no team travel charge there.
