About ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa
ITC Grand Goa is a South Goa resort built around its lawns: the Seaside Lawns and the Dunes Lawns each take 500 at dinner rounds and 750 standing by Marriott's chart, and the Magical Forest, a wooded lawn, takes 300 at rounds for the ceremony. It opened as Park Hyatt Goa and many families still search it by that name; it now trades as ITC's Luxury Collection resort at Arossim, with 246 rooms in a Portuguese-village layout.
Indoors it is smaller than its lawns: the Salcete Ballroom is 4,030 sq ft for 250 at rounds, which makes it the sangeet room and the rain plan rather than the wedding room. That is the honest trade — a 500-guest wedding here is an outdoor wedding, planned for the dry months with the ballroom as the fallback.
Panigrahana designs ITC Grand Goa for its three outdoor rooms — pines, dunes, sea — with low, engineered structures, lit paths between them, and the 10 pm outdoor cut-off built into the run of show. Decor runs through the resort's own team under the listing's rule, so the studio's brief is drawings and specifications.

Three distinct outdoor characters: the trees of the Magical Forest (dappled light, lanterns), the open Dunes and Seaside lawns (sunset, wind, low structures). Keep decor low and engineered; light the paths. The ballroom is compact — a single stage wall and a lit ceiling.

Season and weather
November to February for the Seaside and Dunes Lawns; October and March work with shade. The southwest monsoon (June to September) moves the wedding into the Salcete Ballroom, 250 at rounds, so a large monsoon wedding is tight here. Peak winter dates go a year ahead.
Arrivals, access and logistics
ITC Hotels describes the resort as 20 minutes from the airport, and Cvent lists the nearest airport at 14 km; from Arossim that is Dabolim (GOI). Mopa (GOX) is at the far northern end of the state. With 246 rooms on site most weddings stay in one place. Confirm the 10 pm outdoor sound rule and beach-structure permissions.
