CGH Earth lists the 6,000 sq ft poolside at 1,200 floating, 400 theatre or 200 in clusters, the Durbar Hall at 200–250 for a dinner and up to 450, and the Vasco da Gama Lounge at 40.

The hotel supplies the poolside, the Durbar Hall, food, bar and rooms, and allows outside decorators. A planner brings the decorator and the DJ, designs the poolside for 700, and runs guests between Ernakulam hotels and the island. Panigrahana Weddings is an independent planning and design studio, not the venue; the property takes the booking and we design and run the wedding.

The hotel runs its own bar and does not allow outside alcohol. There is no in-house DJ, but an outside DJ is permitted, per its WedMeGood listing. Outdoors, amplified sound stops at 10 pm, so the poolside sangeet ends then or moves into the Durbar Hall.
