How we would design a wedding at Taj Wayanad Resort & Spa
Water on three sides is the design: build low on the lawn so the lake stays in every photograph, and let the amphitheatre's pillars and tiled roof frame the haldi or the ritual. Silver Oak is a clean, high-ceilinged box with a 6.09 m ceiling, so it takes a full stage wall, a ceiling installation and warm light for the sangeet. Hill weather changes in an hour, so every outdoor function carries a written covered fallback and a lighting plan for an early dusk.
