How to read these prices
Every rate above comes from a public listing, linked in the sources with the date we checked it. It is a reference point, not a quote. Five-star hotels in Kerala rarely publish a venue rental: most sell a wedding as a food-and-beverage minimum per function plus a block of rooms, and a whole-resort wedding as a buyout.
Ask each hotel for one written proposal that separates food per plate, the minimum guarantee, rooms and nights, venue charges, taxes and outside-vendor fees. That is the only way to compare two hotels fairly.
