Menu tier is the widest lever in any quote: the band between the standard and top menus is broad, so taste both before fixing the number.

Menus are built with the hotel's chefs at a tasting, including regional, Jain (no onion, garlic or root vegetables) and sattvic. The property runs nine restaurants and bars including Zarqash by Michelin-starred chef Rohit Ghai, so the kitchen depth is real. Tell the banquet team about Jain and allergen requirements at contract stage.

There isn't one to budget, because the wedding spaces are indoors and air-conditioned. That is the structural argument for this property: a June-to-September date costs you nothing in nerves, no tent contingency, no weather call, florals and silk protected throughout. The only weather-exposed spaces are the rooftop terrace and the pool deck, so if your programme uses either, agree the indoor fallback room and the decision time in writing.

Indoors, later than almost anywhere else in the city. Bengaluru's 10 pm rule on outdoor amplified sound ends every lawn sangeet in town, but the ballroom runs under the hotel's own licence and house rules, so performances and the dance floor can continue past it — confirm the indoor cut-off for your date in writing. The rooftop terrace and pool deck are outdoor spaces and do fall under the 10 pm rule.

Kempegowda International Airport is about 35 km, which is 60 to 90 minutes by road depending on the hour. The central address is the point in the other direction: Cubbon Park and MG Road metro stations are about ten minutes away, and Indiranagar, Koramangala and Jayanagar are 15-25 minutes off-peak. Put the metro station on the invitation card for a Friday evening function — it is the fastest way in.

The Ritz's ballroom ceiling is 1,000 reception, which is smaller than both — if your list is 800 seated, this is the wrong property. Compare floor times plate at the same menu tier across all three.
